Data we collect
What you send us through the contact form or by e-mail: name, e-mail address, project type and message. The servers hosting the site also log technical data (IP address, browser, date and time) needed to run it securely.
Purposes and legal basis
Replying to your request and preparing a quote — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)). Running and protecting the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Meeting legal and tax obligations if we start working together — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). No profiling, no newsletters without your consent.
Providing data
Name, e-mail and message are required to answer you; without them we cannot follow up.
Recipients and transfers
Data is handled by Sound Alchemists and by suppliers acting as processors under Art. 28: [hosting provider], [form service], [e-mail provider]. If a supplier operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (Arts. 45–46). We never sell your data.
Retention

Your rights

Cookies and third-party content
The site only stores your language choice in the browser (localStorage) — a technical tool that needs no consent under the Italian DPA cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.
